Verdeland is a most professional property management and holiday letting company in the Eastern Algarve with more than 25 years experience in the field.
Property management services includes amonst other things:
- Regular Property Inspections and check lists; Sercurity service arrangements
- Maid; pool;; gardening service; catering service; administrative help/advice
- Arranging quotations for and organising/supervising all maintenance work
- Control and payment of all property related bills. Detailed monthly statements
Letting services includes amongst other things:
- Professional direct holiday marketing via advertisements and internet sites
- Co-operation with reputable travel agencies and tour operators throughout europe
- Co-ordinating clients arrivals, key delivery, introduction to rented accommodation
- Food packs, car and boat hire, golf packages, city trips (Seville, Lisbon etc)
